You have studied Ifá for years and still feel like you are circling the outside of something you cannot fully enter

The problem is not that you are not called. The problem is that you have been called without a formation structure rigorous enough to hold you. Study groups, YouTube videos, and weekend workshops are not formation. They are introduction.

Formation is different. It is sequenced, accountable, elder-confirmed, and built on the understanding that the woman who serves Ifá must know herself before she can interpret for anyone else.

You know you are called to be Ìyánífá but you have no structured path to get there

You have received divinations that point in this direction but no community holding you accountable to act

You are already in practice and want formal credentials that reflect what you actually know

The School of Ìyánífá is built on a 4-level formation architecture. You do not skip levels. You do not rush levels. You move when Ifá confirms you are ready, and when the evidence of your formation agrees.

Initiate of Orí

'I am meeting myself'

Before you can interpret destiny for another, you must understand your own. Level 1 is total inner work — Orí cosmology, healing religious trauma, rebuilding your relationship with the Divine, and learning to hear your own intuition clearly.

'I can interpret life'

This is where most people discover what they are made of. All 256 Odù. Itan comprehension. Advanced interpretation. Ritual and offerings. 100 logged personal divinations. This level is long and rigorous on purpose.

12-18 MONTHS • ALL STUDENTS

Seeker of Ancestral Wisdom

'I am not alone'

You are not walking into Ifá by yourself. Level 2 builds the ancestral and Ẹgbẹ́ infrastructure that every Ìyánífá stands on, veneration, communication, Obi divination, and a personal Ìbà and Mojúbà that are truly yours.

'I serve destiny'

Your residency. Six specialization tracks — Divination, Herbalism, Teaching, Community Leadership, Scholarly Preservation, Ẹgbẹ́ & Spiritual Counsel. Your Odù determines your track. Your oath consecrates your calling.

12-36 MONTHS • POST INITIATION

Odù content delivered through the School of Odù. Business formation through Ifá Business School. All cross-enrolled within Ifá College.

The founding cohort is not just an enrollment. It is a founding act. The women who enter this program first will shape what the School of Ìyánífá becomes — how it teaches, how it holds students, what its standards feel like in practice. We do not sell courses. We form priests. The application process exists because we take seriously who we let into this formation container, for your protection and for the protection of every student who sits beside you.

You are willing to do the inner work first, before anything else

You are prepared to be assessed honestly, not praised unconditionally

You are a woman operating from a diaspora or continental Ifá context

You can commit 6 weeks of serious engagement to Level 1

You understand that readiness is determined by Ifá and elders — not your desire or timeline

FOR SENIOR ÌYÁNÍFÁ

Associate Instructor Track.

The School of Ìyánífá is also accepting applications from experienced, practicing Ìyánífá who are called to teach within this formation system. This is not a position for those who want exposure or platform. This is a position for women who are ready to subordinate their individual authority to the service of the next generation.

Associate Instructor — School of Ìyánífá

Your name. Ifá College co-branding. A 12-month development track followed by authorized module delivery.

Full Ìyánífá initiation, oath taken

Active Ose and ancestral practice

No active disciplinary matters

Minimum 5 years post-oath practice

Teaching or mentorship experience

Ability to be corrected and developed

Compensation structure

Per-module flat fee following probationary cohort clearance. Revenue split: 30% Instructor / 50% School / 20% Founding Investors. Level 1: $300/module · Level 2: $450/module · Level 3: $1,750/block at standard cohort size.
